At ferm LIVING, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Log in to our online return portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack the Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring they are unused and in the same condition as when you received them.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at the nearest authorized shipping point and keep your receipt until your refund has been processed.
